Vicki Warker’s blog
VP, Product Management & Marketing, Sprint Business Solutions
After witnessing a very active blogging community of Sprint consumers, Vicki was very eager to participate with a blog of her own. With more than 20 years experience in telecommunications, Vicki has extensive experience in marketing, voice and data product management, customer service, and channel management. Known to her coworkers as the "geek with a manicure," Vicki is looking forward to a positive dialogue with Sprint users and any others just interested in communications. In the past, Sprint has been very open with their customer base about strategy, and in response customers have returned the favor with valuable feedback. Vicki's looking forward to continuing that tradition – ideally with a discussion about business wireless and is open to any conversation that is of interest to her readers. According to her coworkers, Vicki's no-nonsense and approachable attitude has made her a favorite among Sprint VPs. Vicki holds both Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland. She is a member of the Heart of America United Way Metro Alliance on Adult Learning Steering Committee.
