Phil Hollows is responsible for product marketing at OpenService, joining Ted Joseph, OpenService's CEO, at Response Networks in 2001. Phil brings with him over 17 years of experience in product marketing, product management, development leadership and consulting skills. Prior to joining Response Networks, Hollows was vice president of technology at RadView Software, a Web load testing tool vendor. At RadView, Hollows directed the evolution of product portfolio extensions focused customer market needs, developed customer support into a proven key competitive advantage and articulated the company's vision to prospects, customers and employees. Hollows was integral to RadView's IPO in August 2000. Before serving at RadView Software, Hollows spent four years at Kronos Incorporated, where he oversaw the development the firm's enormously successful Timekeeper for Windows product line. Previously Hollows was the Managing Consultant at Metapraxis, Inc., an early innovator in financial executive information systems. Hollows gained his B.A. in Physics from the Queen's College, Oxford University, England, and has a post-graduate financial diploma.from the UK's ACCA.
